Fundraiser payment & delivery
Fundraiser purchases are collected through our Square account; net proceeds are donated separately to the team.
Seller and payment
Inkfluence Tees LLC sells and fulfills fundraiser garments and collects customer payments through its Square account. We donate fundraiser net proceeds to CEO Sports Academy separately. Your payment is a merchandise purchase from Inkfluence Tees LLC, not a direct donation to the team. Choose your fundraiser products on our Square shopping page, add them to the cart and complete payment. Square provides your order confirmation and receipt.
Full payment required
Full payment is required before production. Orders remain pending until Square payment is received and verified. Retain your Square receipt and order ID for payment reconciliation and support.
Turnaround and delivery
The fundraiser is open; no closing date is currently set. Allow 10 days from payment confirmation for production. Shipping to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C. only. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are excluded. Fundraiser products are included in the combined cart shipping calculation. Allow additional transit time for shipped orders. Your full shipping charge and applicable tax are shown before payment.
All fundraiser sales are final
Fundraiser purchases are final once paid. We do not accept change-of-mind cancellations, returns or exchanges, including for customer-selected sizes, colors, designs or quantities. Review your selections carefully before paying.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact ruledbyoneinquiries@gmail.com promptly with your order ID and details of the issue. We will review damaged, defective or incorrect items for an appropriate replacement or refund. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund it. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Applicable legal rights remain protected. Contact us for shipping coordination.
Order privacy
Customers receive their own Square order confirmation. Authorized staff manage orders and payment records in Square for fulfillment and support. See the privacy policy for information sharing and delivery coordination.
