Seller and contact
The Ruled by One merchandise shop is operated by Inkfluence Tees LLC, a California business. Contact ruledbyoneinquiries@gmail.com for order questions. These shop terms apply to purchases from Inkfluence Tees; fundraising purchases also follow the fundraiser terms.
Products and previews
Items are made to order. Product images include digital model mockups illustrating the design and intended placement. Actual garment fit, print placement and colors may vary slightly from a screen preview. We remain responsible for supplying the product described; this notice does not excuse a defective or incorrect item.
Pricing and payment
Shop prices are stated in US dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and the total due will be disclosed before payment. Merchandise and fundraiser orders are placed and paid through our Square shopping cart. Fundraiser net proceeds are donated separately to the team.
Order acceptance and availability
Please review your garment, design, quantity, size, color and delivery information before paying. If a garment becomes unavailable or a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we will contact you to agree on an alternative or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We will not charge additional amounts or make material substitutions without your agreement.
Policies that apply
Read our returns and cancellations policy, production and shipping policy, and privacy policy. The terms presented when you place an order apply to that purchase. Later policy changes do not retroactively change an existing order. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
