Information collected
When you submit a shop or fundraiser order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, optional player or team contact, garment selections, quantities, order reference and order history. Guest checkout is available through Square. Any sign-in used for legacy order records provides an account identifier and email address for access control. We also maintain payment-verification and fulfillment records. If you email us, we receive the information in your message. We collect your shipping address to calculate checkout totals and fulfill your order. Card details are entered on Square.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, save and fulfill orders, coordinate delivery, verify payment, provide support, keep business records and protect access to order information. Customer order information is not displayed as a public order list. Authorized organizers can access the master order sheet.
Who receives information
Information needed to operate the site is processed by our hosting, authentication and storage providers, including the ChatGPT Sites platform and its infrastructure providers. For fundraiser orders, authorized staff receive information needed to reconcile Square payments and fulfill orders; authorized fulfillment staff receive necessary delivery information. Square handles shipping-address tax calculations during checkout. Where shipping is arranged, the carrier receives delivery details. Email providers process support correspondence. Payment providers, including Square for both shop and fundraiser checkout when enabled, handle information you provide to them under their own policies. We do not collect full card numbers in the fundraiser form.
Browser storage and tracking
Square may use browser storage and cookies to remember your shopping cart and operate checkout. The hosting and sign-in services may use cookies and technical information to operate and secure the site. The site's application does not add advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising trackers. It does not change its application behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal; hosting, sign-in and payment services have their own tracking practices.
Retention and your requests
We retain information as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, maintain required business and tax records, resolve disputes and protect the service. You can email us to ask about, access, correct or request deletion of information associated with you. We may verify your identity and may need to retain records for legal or business obligations. We do not sell customer order information or use it for targeted advertising.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. If a material change affects how previously collected information is used or shared, we will provide appropriate notice, such as a site notice or email where available.
