Production & shipping
Production time and time in transit are separate.
When production starts
Shop orders enter production after payment is confirmed and all necessary order details are complete. Collection T-shirts, hoodies and embroidered hats are made within 5 days after payment confirmation. Shipping transit time is additional. The fundraiser production estimate is 10 days after payment confirmation.
Shipping charges and delivery
Shipping is calculated once for the whole cart using total catalog product weight. Collection apparel, hats and fundraiser products share the same shipping calculation; separate per-item shipping charges are not added. Your shipping charge is shown before payment. These are store weight-based rates, not live carrier quotes. Shipping only; local pickup is unavailable. Production time does not include carrier transit time. Delivery estimates depend on the selected service and destination.
Order details and tracking
Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address. Email ruledbyoneinquiries@gmail.com immediately if it needs correction. An address change is confirmed only when we accept it and may not be possible after shipment. Where tracking is available, we will provide the tracking information after shipment. If a package is missing, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can help investigate and resolve the issue.
If we cannot ship on time
If we cannot meet the shipment timing promised when you ordered, we will notify you, provide a revised date when available, and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund as required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel it and refund your payment.
Fundraiser timing
The fundraiser is open; no closing date is currently set. Allow 10 days from payment confirmation for production. Shipping to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C. only. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are excluded. Fundraiser products are included in the combined cart shipping calculation. Allow additional transit time for shipped orders. This fundraiser schedule is separate from the merchandise shop schedule.
